For all
you fashionstas who have yet to land a million bucks to blow on clothing, here's a great solution for the military look. It's from Charlotte Russe (I know, I was shocked too). I added a tank from Old Navy, and the jeans are from Forever 21, spending under $50 total on the whole outfit!
